New Study Suggests What Helps Babies Fall Asleep Also Works on Adults
January 28, 2019

A new study says that what helps babies fall asleep also works on adults.

The study that appears in Current Biology suggests that adults who slept in beds that were rocking back and forth gently, slept better than those who slept in stationary beds.

They found that the people that were in the gently swaying beds “fell asleep faster and spent more time in deep sleep.” They also “performed better on memory tests,” and had “fewer disruptive dreams.”

There is even a rocking, “patent pending” bed that you can check out online. Rock-a-bye and goodnight.
